Great run this afternoon right after the swim. Treadmill felt really good. 10 min fast walk, 2 mile run, 10 min walk fast. Felt good overall.
Great swim this afternoon. Felt really good even thought it was very cold and windy. Here we go: 500 warm up, 4 x 250\'s @ 4:00, 4 x 300\'s @ 4:30, 50 easy , 4 x 300 pull @ 4:20, 100 easy, 6 x 150\'s @ 2:30 (50 kick / 100 swim), 150 warm down
