Garmin said 13.23 in 1:52:52 and I stopped the timer late.
Time for a couple of days off.
Tri Swim Class:
250 streamline/one arm drill
100 breast stroke
150 cool down
Rode with Kevin this morning and used his numbers. my garmin was dead from the last long run i did. No HR data.
Evansville half on Sunday.
Took a nice easy run. Didn't worry about pace, and kept the heart rate down.

I missed warmup but then we practiced sculling, catchup drill, kicking, side kicking, easy 75 cool down. Then i did another 100 to finish off.
I think that I'm pretty much done running for the week. I have swim class tonight and Saturday morning and will probably ride tomorrow morning and maybe Thursday.
Then the Half marathon on Sunday and a break from most training after that.
