Off today I guess. Rained this a.m. Will ride tomorrow with Kevin to keep the legs moving. Then swim class saturday morning and I think that's it.

Took a nice easy run. Didn't worry about pace, and kept the heart rate down.
Tri Swim class
I missed warmup but then we practiced sculling, catchup drill, kicking, side kicking, easy 75 cool down. Then i did another 100 to finish off.
I think that I'm pretty much done running for the week. I have swim class tonight and Saturday morning and will probably ride tomorrow morning and maybe Thursday.
Then the Half marathon on Sunday and a break from most training after that.
