1300 with swim practice rest on my own.

WOW! Can anyone say wind. I don't care what direction I went it was a head wind.
I ran 5 miles to the YMCA. Did 1300 yards with the swim class and another 350 to finish off the mile before they left. Then I stayed and swam two more sets of 1650 yards for a total of 3 miles swimming. Then packed up my stuff and ran home 5 miles again. Took off on the bike after lunch. Rode the Sutherland lane loop to the Panera bread loop and returned via the green belt. Was almost exactly 30 miles.
Total time ~ 6 hours 30 minutes
Off today to be ready for my B-fit day challenge.
