this should be the longest training week.  just gotta get some of these hours and and it will all be downhill from here. 

i know i haven't been able to put as much time into my training as i would like.  job has been really busy and i have opted to spend some time with the family.  i am not too concerned, i'm going to give it my best shot and we'll see how it goes, you know?  at the very least, it will be a good time.

live for today, worry about tomorrow later. anybody else catching the tour? this is an exciting start for american cycling!
