i feel like i've been getting some good bike miles in.
i hope swimming with the board shorts is going to pay off.
it may be too warm for wetsuits, bwa ha ha ha. (the boss doesn't think so)

legs are still a little sore from sunday.  can't worry about that now, i am reaching the peak of training and i got my first tri of the season on sunday.  so do i keep on training like i should, or do i save a little somethin somethin for sunday (since i am doing only 3 tris this season).  who knows, who cares.  gotta get some race laces and more heed.

ouchie, in a good way

not much expected from this one. did a long swim thursday and then rode sixty miles friday. i was feeling that about mile seven, just felt like i had nothing in the tank. but i was pretty pleased when i crossed the finish line and saw i was only a minute over my pr. not too shabby. legs are a little screamy now, i'm going to take an ice bath. first tri a la noz is next weekend! now if only i could find a baby sitter.
