just checked the results, this is the fastest i've run on this course. i am not as "meh" about the run anymore.

runs have been going well.
i feel like i've been getting some good bike miles in.
i hope swimming with the board shorts is going to pay off.
it may be too warm for wetsuits, bwa ha ha ha. (the boss doesn't think so)

tired and sore
swims have been feeling kinda sucky
i can't really think of any more cons.  bring it on!

legs are still a little sore from sunday.  can't worry about that now, i am reaching the peak of training and i got my first tri of the season on sunday.  so do i keep on training like i should, or do i save a little somethin somethin for sunday (since i am doing only 3 tris this season).  who knows, who cares.  gotta get some race laces and more heed.
