Starting at Dale's house out past the college to 191. HWY 191/North, G30/West, L34/South. Pushed the pace a lil harder than I should have. Slowed down near halfway and talked to Steve Brink, not sure who was more surprised to see whom! Dale & son got tied up and had to quit around mile 8, so that left the last 26 for solamente me! They came back and checked up on me which was nice. Dale's total elevation gain estimated at 877 feet.

AM: 5:30 comes early! 6 hrs sleep but felt fine once I was up n at'em. Didn't take water out on the bike... d'oh! Did the Nike+ intervals workout with the bike. Time incl. w/u & c/d.
PM: 5x200m with 30, 30, 45, 60 sec recoveries. Really focused on churning those arms and digging in with the lats.
Double interval day. Probably not the best for me but gotta work it hard before next week's recovery week. Long run tomorrow [7 miles].
