Southey course with John. That endless hill and the wind was just what I needed. Great way to end training and get into full taper! Felt super strong. Legs felt good. Foot gave me a little grief near the end so I loosened up my shoe.

Brick!
Ran with John right after bike ride on highway. Really hot. Took is slow and deliberate with a little burst near the end. Foot gave me no grief! Felt good, really good.

Too many Mojitos last night...and yes, the obligatory group hug sing of American Pie...You know, the music didn't die with Buddy Holly and the Big Bopper and the La Bamba guy! It died with that song. And dies everytime it is resung....badly and with feeling.
