30 minute segments, water at 30 and gel at 1hr. Last 15 was faster than the rest. But wow that was slow. At least I'm pretty sure I can go forever at that speed.

Well that was a colossal disappointment. It was supposed to be 20c today. Took the day off work. Turned out to be 2c with a cold windchill of -3 or 4. Never got warmer than 5.
Dirty Girl's derailleur was making noise. Bent. Really? How? Anyway rode in the freezing temps with Mark and about 20k out, the chain broke. Mark had a tool. Fixed it, but we messed up. Got it on wrong. We had to do it again. Took about 20 minutes the second time. Had to remove links.
Got back safely. Starbucks for an hour. To bike shop. Got home and had lunch. Then pulled up my big girl panties, grabbed Frankie and went for a cool ride in the city. Just to get some mileage. Very windy. But got some good speed. Better than nothing!
