Whew, I need to stop trying to keep up with those young kids on the softball field. Woke up this morning and my hip flexors, ankles and back are sore. Though I must say I played pretty darn well last night. The best part is I have 2 "races" today.

I have a one mile race with my Special Olympic guys in the morning.

I was planning on really trying to run a fast mile to see where all this running volume had taken me. My top secret goal was 6:30 but that ain't happening now. Oh well! I'll have to settle for FUN!!
