Week 5 of no running. Foot is getting there but its driving me crazy. I'm trying to be smart so its not a lingering injury through the season. After seeing all hte photos from this weekends HAT Run I'm itching to do it again. Anyone interested in a 50K next March? I'm going to bet the winter training conditions won't be as nice as this past year.
