More walking goodness. I'm trying to keep my routine of getting up early and doing something.

So, I tweaked my knee on the trainer Monday morning and then ran Monday evening. As a result, Tuesday morning my knee was sore and stiff. Looks like I'm relegated to walking. I did have any major injuries for 5 years through a lot of training and now I've got all these little aches and pains. Foot, knee and don't even get me started on my shoulder. Sucks getting old. :)
All I can do is be patient and let things heal. We all know how easy that it is to do!
