5min w/u. Set Tmill at 10 incline find pace of 85mhr.(8.5)Do for 30sec. Then straddle tmill for 30sec rest and repeat for 15min. Then lower the inline to 3 and continue fashion at 75mhr for another 15min.
Washed, detail and waxed the outside of the car last night ..started at 830 didnt finish til 130am..sweated my ass off...after wash backed into garage to avoid the bugs.
