Went to gym. Felt good jogging and doing weights. Right knee started bugging me like it did during Vineman so I stopped during what was going to be second 500. Came home iced my knee which caused it to hurt more. I wish I had a clue what was going on.

So tired I fell asleep at 6pm last night which gave me about 12 hours of sleep. Still need to work on my morning routine and bring my yoga mat/exercise ball to work so I can do my stretching everyday.
