First good workout since Vineman.  Woke up and stretched.  Went to work.  Went to the gym.  Run is feeling easier each time.  Weights are getting easier each time.  Stretch felt good after weights.  Finally a good swim.  Got my breathing under control and was able to swim with rhythm which let the laps fly by.  No knee pain during running or swimming.   Really happy at the moment.
