Distance is a guess given that I've not yet replaced my speedo. Rode up St Kilda Rd, lots of cyclists this morning and one particularly lazy individual decided to draft off me, every time I turned back to see what the traffic was doing, I could only see him. I urged him to pass me and when he did he flew off into the distance. Why sit behind a weaker rider. It p*sses me off.

Hot, hot, hot. I was probably a little nuts running after windtrainer, because it's still about 31C and the sun went down a while ago. By all means the run did suck a little.

I was running a little late for this session. Took it pretty easy for a few reasons, first session back, hot and already dehydrated & keen to have enough energy for a run afterwards. Or you could just say I was slack.

I wasn't too sure I was going to make it out for an hour, but a run to Caulfield park, 2 laps around and back filled in my time very nicely. Didn't watch my HR too closely, while it 'hurt' more to run at a faster pace, it was also kind of refreshing. My hip flexors weren't too happy about running in general, nor my ITBs. Off I stretch.
