Commute. Had some dude sitting on my tail until he canes me on the hill. He could have been home 15 mins earlier had he decided not to sit on my a$$.

The usual crew weren't there tonight, so I did spend a lot of time chatting to the swim instructor. I did feel a little tired before the session, but I either need to do an extra swim per week or get some distance in before this session.

Commute home
Walked into work to pick up my bike for tomorrows day off. Planned long-ish ride in the morning. Thought better of drinking and riding on Friday night. I wanted to make it to the races Saturday.
Not sure an hour walk was the best thing for my feet that spent all day in high heels yesterday! Pain.
