A rest week this week? You bet. I've felt really quite flat and tired.
I do plan to ride tomorrow - maybe just some kew blvd hills. The weather isn't looking awesome. Mr T and I also signed up for a MTB day on Sunday, though the weather is looking a bit iffy for that too. Should be good for something a bit different though.
This weekend we're in town so the plan to get to the market and grocery store proper. Getting some good food, so that next week I have enough energy to get through. I'm trialling a new running group on Tuesday morning at 6:00am, so eek, I'll need to be well rested and organised for that.

Rode to work with a neighbour whom I didn't recognise at all. Embarrassing! Given he knew who I was.
Was going ok until held up at Spencer street. Truck had hit the bridge and its container full of rubbish was everywhere.
Commute home.
