I was 30 seconds off my PB for the Tan tonight. If only I had realised! In 6 weeks we do it again. I reckon I can shave 30s from my time. 05m 44s/KM, heh, I haven't run that fast in about three years.

Woke early to run but felt flat and tired. Opted for after brunch hit out. Just wanted to start before the rain came. I got a little wet towards the end, nothing too major.

Long run of the week along the beach. Actually felt ok given I had a stomach ache and was previously tired. Tried to keep it close to 155. Found at 157 to really be pushing it and needing to slow down.

Couldn't go much longer without food.
