Feeling a world of better.
Firstly the 625X is back - this time measuring my HR. Only been waiting 2 years for it to work properly. Must calibrate it properly, though I think it's close...
Secondly this training session was so freakin' hard that I'm glad it's done.
Main set: 250/500/750/750/500/200m hard with 30/60/90s rest.
Hammie not so happy. Off to ice it. Just a bit of a twang.
