Success! Managed 360+mins of moving last week. Looking forwarding to repeating it again this week. Starting with a commute into work tomorrow. Off to get my stuff organised.
There will be incentive to keep up the moving as I'm about to participate in the Global Corporate Challenge come May 20, similar to the 10000 steps whereby you wear a pedometer and log your steps each day.

Uh, so feeling yesterday's lunchtime aerobics/strength session. All those squat/lunges & push ups are causing me some pain!
Weather forecast isn't looking as bad as they'd initially forecast so me thinks run training will be back on track by the end of the weekend.
