Drove my car over the bridge and dumped it there - literally. Smoke coming from bonnet, temp gauge high, something leaking. Unhappy car times. It's a good 20 years old. It's time might be now.

Didn't spoil my ride. Just rode to Sandi, turned around, stopped in at my parents to tell them the news then rode home.

45min into ride back a bit uncomfortable. Still issues with engaging glutes. Must get back onto physio exercises.

Stunning run by the bay. Slight headwind on the way home that made it a bit harder, but couldn't be happier with the pace over this distance.

Hammies felt quite fatigued. Will be interesting on tomorrow's 14km run. It's a long time to feel average.

Gah, all my running gear at work except actual runners. Which are packed neatly in a bag that I forgot to bring. Tomorrow is another day. On the other hand the global corporate challenge started today. 6700 steps so far. 3300 to go. Given that I'll walk across the city tonight I imagine I'll hit the target. Looking forward to moving more in the coming months!
