Following the training plan as per the GCM website. The only change, doing my long runs on Friday. I plan to have rest/cross train days on Thurs & Sat.

Home and so very jetlagged. Looking forward to starting marathon training in earnest tomorrow. Freaking out that I only have two months, but so be it. I've got to make these two months count.
