Long run. All good until 1:30 in, then nutrition fail. Not enough food. Struggle town. Lesson learned.

Following the training plan as per the GCM website. The only change, doing my long runs on Friday. I plan to have rest/cross train days on Thurs & Sat.

Was hoping my first run back would be better than this. I had a tightness in my chest that I can put down to asthma. Instead of heading home to get my puffer I opted to slow down and lower my HR.

Disappointing first effort. Note to self: respect the lungs. Puff prior!

Home and so very jetlagged. Looking forward to starting marathon training in earnest tomorrow. Freaking out that I only have two months, but so be it. I've got to make these two months count.
