Worked hard for this. Soaking wet when I walked in the house and it wasn't raining. :)
Definitely feeling better this morning. Going to head out for 3-4 miles, then again this afternoon. Starting to get my head in the right place to get serious. I want to be in better shape. I want it more than I want to keep shoving crap into my mouth. All I need to do is prove to myself that this is in fact true. Really, its that simple. What do I want more?

Afternoon walk. Didn't feel as good as earlier, but still not too shabby. Hot! :)
Think I'm finding that line between being smart and using the drugs, doing a little, and relaxing when I need to. It is definitely not easy, but I'm feeling a bit less psychotic since I got a decent walk in this morning. Really enjoyed being out. Even got a chance to play with my new camera. So happy I didn't go for the cheapie model. LOVE my Canon SX 260 with a 20power lens! Some friends on the bikepath today.....

Supposed to be a gorgeous holiday weekend! Going to try get into a couple of small and easy projects just to feel a little productive, but not too much. I am feeling incredibly lazy this morning and I'm trying to tell myself its ok to be this way. Not easy though. At this point, I really can't go out and do anything because the throat still hurts and I can't tell if the surgery was successful or not, which is frustrating the hell out of me.

New roads and lots of hills this morning. Fun to be out!
After Memorial Day services yesterday, I spent the day snoozing and watching House Hunters. Howze that for lazy?
Didn't do stellar on nutrition yesterday, but did cut out desserts and bread, which helped greatly.
Today's agenda:
Eat clean all day long
Walk
Strength train
Office Work
WAO Paperwork
Running shoe store (quite a list of things to get here!) :)
