Walk/run combo on the treadmill 3 minutes walking and then 2 minutes running. Wasn't about to get outside in the 94 degrees and do this. :)

After dinner hubby and I did get out for a walk, still hot, but bearable as long as we didn't do any running. :)

Good Morning....it's Monday morning.  :)  Took yesterday as a complete rest day, no walking no nothing, and I mean that literally.  :)  I was a bum, did very little.  As for today back on the horse, although I won't be running outside after work at 97 degrees I know I wouldn't do very good, so I think a workout in the fitness center with my friend Sue will have to do.

Good Morning and welcome to the weekend.  :)  I have gotten my workout in this morning, need to shower and then I need to run some errands and then tonight we are heading to the Kane County Cougars game, it will be hot but hopefully with the sun going down it won't be to bad.  :)

TGIF!!!!  Finally!  :)  Have to work this Friday ugh....but it's going to be quiet only 2 of us in the office so not sure how much work will get done.  :)  Not sure what is on the agenda workout wise tonight, I know I need something, just really not sure of what that will be.  :)

    Not a bad run for Sue and I. We started out with a .25 walk for our warm up, ran 1 mile, walked .25 ran another mile, walked .25 and then ran the last .25 to equal our 3 miles. Getting there. :)

    Good Morning and Happy Hump Day!  Had a icky dentist appointment this morning and everything was fine, however I have needed a crown on my right side for some time and he said it's leaking (????) and if it breaks then I have to have a root canal...........mmmmmm...........NO so I made that appointment to get that done, at least they will numb me before the shot and then it's not to bad but their not allowed to leave me alone, I have anxiety issues when I can't move ANY body part even my mouth.  I know shocking, but true.  :)

    As for tonight, a run with Sue is on the docket, I was contemplating taking today as a vacation day but then decided to not waste those precious days when I really had no reason to take off, hubby couldn't take off so I'll save it for when we both can send the time together.  :)
