Morning, Hump Day!  Well made it to Wednesday which is always good.  :)  Last night no workout with Sue but got a good one in at home but today a workout with Sue is on the agenda and with it being so hot outside it will probably be upstairs and I'm thinking since I did upper body yesterday that it will be lower body tonight and maybe some stairs.  :)

**The above were done in 3 sets with the top ones using 5 lbs, 12 reps, the bottom two were 10 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps

After dinner walk with hubby, nice night, had to get it in before tomorrow's heat wave. :)

Good Morning, it's Tuesday.  Slept much better last night, Sunday nights are always not good, the anticipation of Monday never works for me.  :)  But today much better.  On tap for tonight is an upper body workout and maybe some stairs thrown in for good measure, haven't done them in a while so I'll probably be sore.  But, last night I found the best position on my roller to hit my nagging pain in the back of my leg, it's more by the botty and it's just a matter of just stretching every day, but I found the right spot to roll it as well and it really helped, just have to do it every day.  :)

This was actually more walking then running, we ran .25 and walked .25 but sometimes it ended up being .5 walks. :) But, when we did run we really picked up the pace, at one point we were well under 10, although I can't maintain that for to long. :) It was a good evening out, at least something was done. :)

Good Morning!  It's Monday again, had a good weekend and of course looking forward to this one coming up, for no real reason just because it's the weekend.  :)  On tap tonight a run/walk with Sue after work, I made sure I didn't forget my bag at home again.  :)

Ok, my house is finally happy with me, I gave it a good cleaning and oh it smells and looks so nice, now let's see how long it lasts.  :)  Got my workout done as well and now I can just be a bum well until we go to the grocery store.  :)

Good Morning and Happy Friday!  Got a workout in this morning and hopefully this evening can get out and get either some running/walking in as well.  Have the day off, my flex day, but have to get out to NL with step son for his baseball camp, 3 hours long, but thankfully the weather isn't as bad as it has been the previous days.  :)

    Technically this day was a rest day, I and the team played really bad, well not so bad, however our bats were so dang quiet, we got beat bad 21 - 2 it was just not pretty. And I went 0-3 just couldn't get going. Oh well there's always next week. :)
