Upper body workout, got this arm workout from the internet:
Inch Worm
Arm Raises (1 arm out to the side, 1 arm straight ahead and then switch)
Arnold
Row w/tricep kick back
Bicep Curl
Overhead Tricep
**The above were done in 3 sets with the top ones using 5 lbs, 12 reps, the bottom two were 10 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps
***Core***
Hula Hoop
Sit Ups
Supermans
Planks
After dinner walk with hubby, nice night, had to get it in before tomorrow's heat wave. :)

This was actually more walking then running, we ran .25 and walked .25 but sometimes it ended up being .5 walks. :) But, when we did run we really picked up the pace, at one point we were well under 10, although I can't maintain that for to long. :) It was a good evening out, at least something was done. :)

A HIIT workout this morning, then hopped on the treadmill and did the hula hoop which also consisted of core work.

Did a HIIT and then hopped on the treadmill for a cool down and then was watching something and wanted to wait for a commercial so did the hula hoop. :)
