Got out with hubby for some great tennis, my serves are getting better I was ahead 5 games to 1 however he came back and we actually tied 8 games to 8 and then we both were dying. :) We play pretty good, just need to get better. :)

Got out at lunch time for a walk with Sue, nice outside, almost made me not come back in. :) **See how work gets inthe way???? :)

Run with hubby we did .25 intervals of running/walking.

More upper body, hula hoop and abs. :)
Got out this morning for a walk, beautiful morning and going to be a great day. Got home and stretched.
The second walk was in the evening, hubby and I were sitting around about 6 and tired/bored so we decided to get downstairs and get a workout in, did the treadmill and some weights and the hula hoop. :)

Did a 20 minute HIIT and kicked its butt, better than usual actually.....I love when I work up a great sweat. Then did the hula hoop before being interrupted by the brother in law.....then did my stretching, keep attacking these muscles and it's working, just need to keep at it. :)
