Did a 20 minute HIIT and kicked its butt, better than usual actually.....I love when I work up a great sweat. Then did the hula hoop before being interrupted by the brother in law.....then did my stretching, keep attacking these muscles and it's working, just need to keep at it. :)

Good Morning!  The kids slept great this morning and didn't get up until 10:00 AM, of course we didn't go to bed until 11:30 which is really late for me.  :)  Now I will go and get a workout in downstairs, I am going to start with a HIIT workout and then go from there.  We have baseball this afternoon and it's going to be a hot one.  Fun times!  :)

    Well our 2nd game won and we won by a land slide: 22-1 by the 5th inning. I on the hand did not do that great, I popped out, 2 walks and then a grounder that any other team would of gotten me out as it went straight for the short stop...**sigh** at least next week is a bye. :)

    Got out with hubby for some great tennis, my serves are getting better I was ahead 5 games to 1 however he came back and we actually tied 8 games to 8 and then we both were dying. :) We play pretty good, just need to get better. :)

    Good Morning.  Well last night turned out to be a rest day, just wasn't in the mood and hubby was at his sons baseball game so I got the house to myself which doesn't happen to often.  :)  Today will be different, I forgot my workout clothes to run with my friend Sue from work, I know where they are, they are packed and in the gym bag in the kitchen in the laundry basket, totally walked by it.  Didn't notice until I was walking into work and noticed that wow I'm kind of light today.....duh.  :)  Oh well I can go home and get a workout in with the hubby, maybe some bike or another run, it's going to be another beautiufl day today.

    Got out at lunch time for a walk with Sue, nice outside, almost made me not come back in. :) **See how work gets inthe way???? :)

    Good Morning!  Another beautiful day on tap, just need to get through this work day....they seem to get in the way.  :)  Had a good run with hubby last night, but I think I need to keep pushing myself harder, maybe I'll do that tonight.  :)

    Good Morning!  Another beautiful day on tap.  Was going to do a workout with my friend Sue, however she just isn't feeling it. :)  So, I will go home and get a workout in with the hubby, maybe a run or a bike ride, either one will be good.  :)

    Got out this morning for a walk, beautiful morning and going to be a great day. Got home and stretched.

    The second walk was in the evening, hubby and I were sitting around about 6 and tired/bored so we decided to get downstairs and get a workout in, did the treadmill and some weights and the hula hoop. :)

    It was another beautiful day!  Had my nieces 13th birthday party and just sat out and enjoyed the weather.
