Something just clicked and I just remembered that I had my first IM dream last night. It was about the swim & it wasn't good. Still a little clogged up today but mostly fineBack to normal today, so I will spin tonight.

So yesterday my throat got better but whatever it is moved into my sinuses & I had a headache all afternoon. This morning the pressure is gone but my sinuses are filled with goo. But no runny nose - so far. Plan is to keep up with the workouts but take it a bit easier so today I am going to pass on the swim because the thought of dunking my head underwater isn't appealing but I will spin on the trainer tonight. That's not appealing either but the funk is all above the neck so as long as it isn't getting worse I might as well do something. I don't think it will last much longer. I'm seriously leaning towards a new bike. Just found out D3 is doing a discount with Guru. Only thing I'm not crazy about is I'll probably have to do the D3 paintjob but for the discount they could write whatever they want on it.

This is hard for me to admit, but I was a little sick yesterday. I woke up with that dry feeling in my throat so I OD'd on vitamin c, took it easy in my workouts and went to bed early. Couldn't fall asleep though and my throat seemed to get worse & it was starting to hurt to swallow. At least I had some weird dreams though. This morning my throat is still feeling weird but better so far (knock on wood) but I must have slept weird because my back is a little sore. Or maybe it is from the subway doors closing on me in the dream. Run & gym today but I will pass on the run.

Got home & went right out since I knew if I got warm I wouldn't make it. My stomach would have preferred I waited a little longer after lunch but it was fun to be in the snow & out in the elements. Kept the run pretty leisurely & aside from my shoulders/neck being kind of tight it was nice & peaceful - nice to get some Drew time & ponder some of lifes mysteries.

Just found out the girl who smashed into my car a few months ago was uninsured which means it pretty unlikely I'll see my deductible again. I wouldn't mind if they tazered her when she tried to get away... Went down to Cherry Creek Res & hung out with Julia, Scott & Jen & we cheered on all the maniacs doing the Chilly Cheeks. BT kicked butt today all around & it seems there are some BT rivalries afoot!
