I had a long bike scheduled today, but was really feeling the wear and tear from this 3 week build cycle which included a 94 mile bike, 2 16+ mile runs, 2 40 mile weeks 40 & 39.5) and a HM race, so I decided to start my recovery week 1 day early and take a nap instead.
