I literally froze my ass off out there today. I really should have shlepped on over to the Y. The first 1.5 miles were on snow which was TOUGH work and the last mile back was into a wind that probably put the temperature into single digits. Brrr....

10 min. on the stationary bike at the Y. I made it from the pool, through a full change of clothes (I thought I was permanently stuck in my sports bra for at least 30 sec.), and to the bike in 6 min., so I should be fine this weekend.

Scheduled rest day.  Will be spending 5 hours in the car between Indy and home.  Brrrr..... We're bringing home my parents' dog to dogsit for 3 weeks while they're on a cruise.  Should result in extra motivation to get up in the morning!
