My hip and lower back on my right side are SORE. I don't think it is a running thing as it got sore overnight on Saturday, I hadn't even run that day! Every time I bend over (with little people that would be A LOT) it just SCREAMS. I'm going to soak in the bath tub tonight as soon as the kids go down. I never take baths so we'll see if it helps. Pretty desperate though. Thank goodness it is a cut back week (Hal's got me scheduled for a 5k but I didn't register for one- I'll just run 4-6 miles instead).
