Weather forcast is jacking me up a bit today. Plan was to swim in the am and bike this afternoon. Predicted rain had me scrap the afternoon bike and I'll swim this afternoon instead. This morning I went to the gym, did a short jog to warm up, 20-25 minutes of core work, and a good bit of stretching. Considering I'm tapering for ING in 11 days I guess it was an ok morning. Looking forward to hitting the pool later.

I'm torn about how to taper this week, it's a struggle to try to determine how much to keep going. Last week and the weekend were not too taxing and yesterday and today off followed by an easy remainder of the week should do it. The plan for the remainder of the week is to swim tomorrow morning, bike tomorrow after work, short easy run on Thursday, Friday ????, then a very short very easy run on Saturday.
