Wow, I'm stiff and sore from Total Conditioning class. My tricepts hurt so much that it is difficult to take a sip of my coffee. General fatigue and tired legs certainly had an impact on my training yesterday. I'm questioning my decision to try to incorporate TC but am still hopeful that once the initial shock to the system subsides it'll be fine. I'll see how it plays out the rest of this week and next and then reevaluate.
Tonight is spin class with Walter. If I can get to LTF in time I'll do a quick pre spin swim. I know I'm going to be tired and not want to get up but the only time I have to get in my run tomorrow is at 4am. I can't let myself skip that run!
