My first real RUN of the last two years. I told myself screw it and just did it. On the road, on the pavement. My back was a little tight, and I am sure that I wll regret it after I drive two hours to the kid's game in a few. BUT, running is the source of all enlightenment. If I can just grit out five or six weeks of three runs per week it won't be so bad.
