I was feeling good for the last interval, so that one was 20 min., HR 155-170
8 min. cooldown
Times for each segment were dictated mostly by road breaks in the trail.

This was a really good swim today. This was just 40 seconds off my PR from 4 years ago, when I was actually getting to the pool 2-3 times a week. I feel like I'm on the verge of a breakthrough in my swimming, if I would just get to the pool a little more often! Of course, as luck would have it, the pool is closed next week for maintenance. So I'll have to increase my pool time after that.
