Took yesterday off to let the ankle cool down, and then got a pretty good ride in on a windy day. Very windy (20-25 MPH), plus I had a rear tire going flat, that I didn't know about. It was down to about 40 PSI when I got home. So I guess I had a couple types of resistance training.

I don't know exactly what's going on, but my ankle pain has been getting worse. It has been progressively worsening over the past week. I thought maybe it was nothing and tried to run again, and it started hurting more. I had to shut it down after just a mile because of the pain. I think the stress fracture is back. I'm going to have to take a few weeks off from running, hopefully to focus on swimming and biking more over that time. I am not happy about this at all.
