I was changing my rear tube so I could do a trainer ride tonight. I got the old tube off and the new one on. I put the wheel on the bike and started pumping it up. BOOM! I must have put the tube on with a pinch somewhere, because I blew the tube out with a huge bang. This wouldn't have been that big of a deal, except I was doing it in my basement at about 9:30, with the kids asleep upstairs. I had to tell everyone what happened and that it was OK, nobody got hurt, it was just the tire blowing out. So then I changed the tube again, and by then I was too tired/frustrated to do a ride.

Took yesterday off to let the ankle cool down, and then got a pretty good ride in on a windy day. Very windy (20-25 MPH), plus I had a rear tire going flat, that I didn't know about. It was down to about 40 PSI when I got home. So I guess I had a couple types of resistance training.
