Wind had not died down from last nite. I slept so well I never heard it this morning, until I went outside to run. I felt slow and it shows. 48min on the balls of my feet, probably has something to do with my slower speed. Calves are toast, look forward to swimming tonite.

Swiss/Medicine ball workout

I have never riden in wind like this, 20+ sustained, 40mph gusts. About got slammed 3 times with the cross wind on 175th. Ride out was tough, but not as bad as I was expecting. Loved the ride home. That which does not kill me, makes me stronger...this wasn't a quality ride though.

I think I'm getting slower.
Ran on the balls of my feet for 30min. - the Geez should be proud.
Tons of stuff I hate, but need to do. IM kick, IM swim, free sprints. Tough workout.
