Had a dream we had the baby last nite, so maybe today is the day. I've heard both future mom and dad are supposed to have very vivid, wacky dreams that you actually think happened...more so than normal dreams, that certainly isn't the case for me. Hopefully swim and ride today.

ballpark. garmin batteries died after only a couple minutes. why doesn't garmin make a backup battery for their products...they've already thought of just about everything else anyway....Geez?
I'm really going to miss watching the Giro after this weekend, it has absolutely captivated me. I would love to have the time to get as strong as those guys. I would just like to see a copy of their training program. Truly remarkable. Clock is still ticking on the baby...but each tick brings us that much closer to a bundle of joy.

WU: 250swim/250stroke/250fist
MS: 500 loco; 4x250 (100hard/50easy/100hard)
CD: goggles strap broke 50 stroke; 50 free head out of water.
Spent last evening recovering, my legs were shot from the workouts this weekend - which means I'm in terrible shape. We did get some encouraging words yesterday. Laura's Dr. told her she could have our little girl any day and she would be surprised if she didn't go into labor in the next five days. Today will be a swim and a ride - unless I get "the call".

It has been a joy to watch the Giro d'Italia the last several days. I don't know how those guys do it. I've only seen small clips of the TDF since we've only had basic cable in the past. But with the new TV and 800 channels (even though I only watch about 6 of them), Universal Sports is the best channel there is...it could only be better if it were in HD!

Easy ride with some good hills, but held back. However, my hip and knees are experiencing pain.
