Long run this morning. I am so tired of running in the cold. Have another baby shower to attend today. Is it catching?!?! Jenny is in town for family stuff, so we are going to meet up for dinner tonight.
Run with Tom was tough. Cold and very windy morning. Plus we ran hills. I could not move fast. Started at the park and ran to my house and then back to the park. The calf cramp pain was back. Ran the 18 and then walked about another mile - two miles to get back to our cars.
I think I am in need of a rest day next week.

I finally received feedback on my thesis from my advisor. He only had minor changes and suggestions. I hope to have everything corrected and ready to submit to my committee next week.
This weeks workouts have been slacking. My mind has been focusing on work stuff and then today, my thesis. I need to get some things taken care of at work so I can focus better on training. LOL!! Isn't it funny how training has as much focus, if not more, than work?

I am hoping the rest day helped my body/leg recover. My leg still feels a little sore, but not as bad. I think it is getting better. Working early again today. Will do strength training, bike, and swim later today.
Worked my legs hard at the gym and then biked. I was going to do a short run, but decided to give my calf one more day. It didn't bother me lifting or biking. I will be back to running tomorrow.
