In the office at work again today!  Yes, that is 3 days in a row!!  Needing to be in the office by 5:30AM is cramping my morning workout routine.  LOL.  Gym early afternoon and brick workout planned for this evening.

Grumpy!  Had some tire/tube issues with my regular wheels.  Issues started before the workout, but it caused the workout to start late.  I seem to pinch or twist the tube when changing it.  Guess I need more practice.  After 45 minutes of messing with it, the HED front wheel went back on.  I still need to fix the other tire. 

Workout with Todd.  Short triple brick workout.  Bike out easy and then sprint back. Sprint the run.  Hills on bike and run.  He crushed me!!  I was dragging.  Grumpy since I couldn't fix my tire and grumpy due to being tired.  Rest day (swim only) tomorrow.

Waited for a thunderstorm to pass over before running.  Interval work.  Hot and humid.

Morning run with Barbara at Miami Whitewater Park.  One loop (7.44 miles) with her and then a second loop (7.40 miles) solo.  Rain started about mile 2 or 3 into the run.  By the time we finished the loop it was a very heavy rain.  I knew I was running a second loop and since I was already wet, it didn't really matter.  I didn't see lightening or hear thunder until I was about 2 miles from finishing my second loop.  I was soaked!  The weather was warm so I actually had fun running in the rain.  Planned to bike about 2 hours, but since it is now storming it looks like I will be on the trainer.  Looks like it is going to be raining all day.  Guess I better get it done.  :-)

Had all I could take of the trainer after an hour.  Made myself get in 15 more minutes and then that was it.  Still storming.  Doesn't look like I will be going to the pool and getting in a swim today.
