Track workout at Harrison High School this morning. Barbara & I have made friends with a few women from the Harrison Running Club. What a great group! Home and back to work. Probably the only workout for today unless plans change. I'm planning on going to Indy this afternoon to visit Jenny.

Gym this morning and now home for a busy day of work. Bike time trials in Cleves tonight. Not sure if I will make it or not. It puts me home so late and I have a very busy week of work this week. Surgery graduation is June 19th, so I have lots of projects to wrap up. I also need to be in the office by 5:00AM tomorrow morning. Not sure I want to be out biking late if I need to be up by 3:30AM the next morning. I may bike on my own earlier instead of going to TT.

Brick. Planned on an hour bike and a two hour run. I think I was still dehydrated from yesterday and was not feeling 100%. I looped back to my street after an hour and was going to get more water and run another loop. Instead, I decided to call it a day. This did give me time to wash my car and work a little in the landscaping around the yard.

Split time are still not posted from Triple T!!! What is the deal? Run this morning at Miami Whitewater park with Barbara and Kate. Now I need to get back outside and get on the bike. I have now officially registered for Muncie half and Rev3 Sandusky full ironman. I need to get my act together, pull together a training plan, and hit it!
First century ride of the season! Hot & humid. I def didn't take in enough fluids. Hit hills the first 20 miles and then went to flats. Hit some hills again around mile 65. Felt tired until about mile 30 and then I started to feel good. Short brick run and was feeling good. :-)
