Up early and started work and then went to the gym for a run and swim. The weather is looking good for this afternoon and I want to get outside on the bike after work. My new bike should be ready Thursday. Wish I had it for this afternoon. I am waiting for the carbon water bottle cages and a few other little things. I will pick it up even if there are still a few little things still needed.
I needed to work late on a few things and by the time I could get ready to bike it was starting to get late and chilly. :-( Another ride on the trainer.
