trainer - after run - spinning out legs
Group run at Miami Whitewater Park. Cold! I dropped back the last half of the run. The up and down weather is really messing with my asthma. My legs were feeling good, but breathing was an issue.

I am considering taking a rest day. My coach said it may be a good idea too. My asthma is bad due to the drastic weather changes and my shins have been hurting again. A day of rest may be good for my body. It may give me time to get more caught up with work and complete some errands.
