run/jog/walk - outside
50 degrees and sunny this afternoon. I tried to run, but it ended up being a run/jog/walk. At least I was outside without gloves.
Skipped the swim and bike workouts today. I was feeling really tired and not quite right after the run workout. Decided my body needed some rest and down time.

treadmill - toe throbbing. guess you really do need to be able to put pressure on your big toe to run. Need to wait another day. :-(

workout cut short due to water fitness class that kicked me out of the pool.
Crazy rain storms all during the night complete with lots of wind, thunder, and lightening. I have an appointment this afternoon to have a plantar wart removed for the side of my big toe. YUCK! I was hoping to get in the run workout this morning before work since I may be in some pain after the appointment this afternoon. Didn't happen. I needed to be in the office early (5:30AM) and wake up at 4:00AM on a normal day. The alarm was set for 3:00AM, but with the lack of sleep due to the storms, waking up and getting on the treadmill did not happen! Diving to work was an adventure. I had to turn around and drive a different direction as large trees were down and police were blocking the road. It was a slow drive with the heavy rain and high water on some of the country roads. Made it to the office at 6:00AM. Already tired. It is going to be a long day.
Toe pain!! The doc froze the side and the bottom of my big toe. OUCH!! No run this evening. :-( Swim workout only and this was cut short by a water fitness class. UGH. Glad this day is almost over.

TT was canceled. Did a longer trainer ride after work. I don't feel like driving to the gym this evening, so it looks like I will skip the swim today.
