Way told by coach to stay in Z1 and Z2. This is NOT working!!!! Way too slow. All of my runs are now so SLOW! I think my HR zones are not correct. Something is wrong. All I know is that I am running slower than I was when i was training for the double iron. :-(

Rest day. I am not feeling good about my training. The volume is low. I am having trouble getting my HR up for some of the fast workouts. My body is not cooperating. I should be doing more workouts in high intensity. My body is very slow. Talked with the coach about all of this yesterday. Going to really focus next week on hitting every workout EXACTLY as it is intended.
