Monday - June 16

I was at work before 7am, but then left for home at 9:30. The commute time to and from work took about as long as the actual time I was in the office. Not feeling well. :-( Slept most of the day and did a little work.

Skipped the swim this morning since I had my hair highlighted and a keratin treatment last night. My hair can only handle so many chemicals in a 24 hour period. My hair is now soft and smooth. I will move the swim to Friday since it is listed as a rest day.
