Rest day. I am not feeling good about my training. The volume is low. I am having trouble getting my HR up for some of the fast workouts. My body is not cooperating. I should be doing more workouts in high intensity. My body is very slow. Talked with the coach about all of this yesterday. Going to really focus next week on hitting every workout EXACTLY as it is intended.

The commute to work is sucking the life out of me! On Friday, I left for home at 3:30 and it took 2 hours! This morning there was a bad accident on I-5 North. I left my place at 6:00AM and arrived to work at 8:10. It is now summer, so the traffic is only getting worse. :-(
