Got to see my little girl this morning, but only for a minute probably.  Looks like we will be getting her next week.

So I decided to go into work yesterday afternoon after our visit to Linden, which led to working late, which led to no workout.

Wednesday Night Ride. Took the long route tonight starting out with Northridge. I like it. Casual effot tonight. Nobody seemed interested in hammering. Usually I get bored when this happens, but I wasn't in much of a mood for hammering tonight. Just enjoyed the ride.

LAMA time trial. Look at that HR. I should've died I think keeping it that high that long. Didn't get a good warmup, but the tailwind to start the ride allowed a good cadence without having to push strength. Was pleased that I stll had enough in the tank to push hard up the hill on Bar K. Wish we would have had a better turnout tonight.

Passed 10k miles on the tri bike tonight!  And I should hit 10k miles on the Orbea this year too, unless I start riding the crit bike more often.

Rest day.  Gina worked tonight, so Mr T and I watched the Monday Night Ride go by the house from the driveway.  The fast group didn't even notice me!

Base riding on the trainer, watching American Flyers. Classic. Gina was teaching her sunday school kids, followed by an appreciation lunch, followed by a long day at work. So I had daddy duty all day. Glad I managed a ride in.

Long ride. Small group, but that was fine because we got to ride a little harder. Good time trial effort on Pritchett Highway. With the tailwind, we flirted with 30mph for probably 10 miles. A few more good efforts into the headwind on the way back from Diana. Good solid ride with good company. Legs were getting fatigued towards the end of this one.
